Tiki Tong is the main villain of Donkey Kong Country Returns and stole Donkey Kong’s banana hoard, by hypnotizing the animals to bend them to his will.
And he is voiced by Xander Mobus in the English dub and voiced by Hironori Miyata in the Japanese dub.
