Nora Fries also known as Mrs. Freeze is Mr. Freeze/Victor Fries' wife, who was frozen to help him to find a cure for her incurable illness. In the Legacy of Chris Thorndyke, she was brought back to life after her illness has been cured, due to the help of Seto Kaiba while facing Dr. Eggman's evil plan.
And she is reprised by Cissy Jones in the English dub and is voiced by Aya Kawakami in the Japanese dub.
