High Roller is one of the main antagonists of Hero: 108, which he was the cause that he fooled the animals into thinking that humans are the enemies, but he was defeated in the end, as once time passed, he started to think that the animals and the humans are his enemies, and plans to exterminate all humankind and animalkind that wronged him in Hidden Kingdom. And he was also the second in command of the evil Twin Masters (Jon Peterson/Ryuzaburo Otomo).
And in the Legacy of Chris Thorndyke, he made a cameo appearance as hiding in the shadows when speaking with Deathborn, since he isn't afraid of him, or come to think of it, he is not scared of any villain that has a menacing presence, and he reveals and appears in the true final arc, the True Final Battle, The Tyranny of the Emperor of Everlasting Darkness, and he was the second in command for Twin Masters, the Syndicate of Apocalypse and the second member of the Assembly of Apocalypse and in the final battle that he not only fights Rosefinch (Cynthia Cranz/Michiko Neya), the now wedded wife of his former main target Jon Peterson (Sean Schemmel/Jouji Nakata), but he fights Chris Thorndyke (Suzanne Goldish/Sanae Kobayashi) and Helen (Amy Birnbaum/Noriko Hidaka) in the second to final floor in the Ark of Yamato.
And he is voiced by Richard Epcar in the English dub, as honorable tributes for Joe Alaskey, Efrem Zimbalist Jr., and the legendary Deem Bristow, and voiced by Fumihiko Tachiki in the Japanese dub.
